Shipping policy

Once tracking has been sent that means package has been dropped off to the post office which means I have done my part to shipping your package. 

If package is not received it is now the post offices responsibility & the customer will need to contact them and file a claim as it is now their responsibility to make sure package gets delievered to the right address. All my packages have insurance up to $100 with post office.
